By accessing or using BlendVault (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
The Platform is an online hosting service that allows users to upload, share, download, and distribute Blender files (.blend) and related digital assets (“Assets”).
The Platform operates as a neutral hosting provider and intermediary service. We do not pre-screen all uploaded content and do not endorse user-submitted Assets.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. If acting on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, all activity under their account, and providing accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users retain ownership of uploaded Assets. By uploading an Asset, you represent and warrant that you own the content or possess all necessary licenses and rights to distribute it, and that it does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, nor violate any applicable law.
By uploading Assets, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote the Asset solely for operating and promoting the Platform.
Each Asset is distributed under the license chosen by its creator (typically a free community license for personal and commercial use, or a Pro license). You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the specific license of any Asset you download.
You may not upload illegal, infringing, or malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform; misuse the reporting system; or use the service to spam, harass, or disrupt.
The Platform and all Assets are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any downloaded Asset. All downloads are at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to support@blendvault.org.
